my eyes look tired
Or at least they did this morning. The result of my tired eyes was the amount of sleep I had last night. I probably woke up about 7 or more times. I don't know what that is a result of, but I think it could be couple of things: 1.) Stress 2.) Anxiety 3.) Fear. I talk about the reason I think it might be stress in this post.School has been kinda stressful for me. It's not difficult, but I feel like I am living in a state of repeated motion. Go to school, come home, do homework, call up friends, do stuff, go to bed (if you say it in a robot voice, it even sounds repeated and stressful). Everyday life may be normal, but sometimes I feel it to be obtrusive. I need some change in my life.

Some changes you could try:
a) skip class every once in a while (life's to short to miss opportunities because of class [just make sure you can still make the grades]).
b) weather's getting better, so get a guitar or a good book and spend more time outside in the afternoons instead of doing homework or "stuff."
c) call someone you don't normally talk to or hang out with.
d) go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
I'm sure there are more, but those are the main ones I do when I get stuck in a rut (the going to bed, getting up early one wasn't by choice, but it worked anyway).
I slept the same last night Luke, and I woke up the same. My eyes felt like I got no sleep at all. I woke up several times at night.
I think it's the fact that I "could" be getting sick. Definitely not any of the things you listed.
I agree with everything Jon says but a, and I add exercise. Go run, swim, bike or do something aerobic. Also work out.
Michael
Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let
thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth,
and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in
the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that
for all these things God will bring thee into
judgment.
Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and
put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood
and youth are vanity.Ecclesiastes 11:9-10
